Question

The attached pictures show my existing Truth window hardware. Can you help me to identify what model I have so I can order some replacement parts?
? The first pic (IMG_1717) shows the size of my operator's plastic cover. I need one of these.
? The second pic (IMG_1718) shows my handle. I need one of these.
? The third pic (IMG_1719) shows my LEFT side operator arm that IS working. I need one of these for the RIGHT side as my current one is bent and will not open.
? The last pic (IMG_1722) shows my LEFT side operator arm that is working once it is opened. Again, I would need one of these for the RIGHT side that will not open.

Thanks for reaching out! Your operator resembles our 39-032 Truth Dual-Arm Operator. So I believe the on your are searching for, the opposite handed version, is part 39-031. These operators are compatible with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114L non-folding handle, like the one you have. There is also a folding crank handle, part 39-205. Another replacement option is the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and handle kit.

Compare the dimensions from your existing operator to those shown on the diagram below.
