Hey Dale. For the screen door handle, please compare to our 83-122 and 83-123 . Review the diagrams below and see if these could work for you. Unfortunately we cannot replace the gasket in the door. You may need to contact Pella directly for this. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. Would it be possible to see what it might look like installed, or at least the place on the door where it's meant to go? Can you also tell me if there's more to it, or if this is all there is?
