Searching for Sliding Door Roller

Quick Learner
Hi, one of my sliding door top guides (plastic) has snapped. I believe they may be MFI doors. My part is 17-1610-000. Thanks

Hello! This exact guide isn't made anymore, but I believe that you can use our 23-093 to replace it. I know the design is different but it should function the same way. Let me know what you think!

Thank you! Please let us know how it works out.

Home Owner from Gravesend,
Hi Guys,
I have a similar problem to the Quick Learner post from 30th June last year.
It is the Stanley / Acme 17-1610-000 top guide as shown in his picture, the plastic inserts always snap off after a while.
Did you get any feedback to advise whether your 23-093 wheel will work in the same top track? Potentially need 8 pcs for 4 doors.
Best regards, KeIth

Hello, Keith. That customer never got back to us, but I'm very confident that the 23-093 is what you want. Stanley manufactured this themselves specifically to replace this old top guide.

Hello, Glen. Yes, the 23-093 is still available. You can see a full price breakdown, and place an order, on its store page, which is linked to throughout this page. You can also see our shipping policy here.

Hello. I came upon your site when looking for replacements for the top guide 17-1610-000. From the previous posts above I Initially thought that your part 23-093 would work. I can see how this is intended to hook onto the top track however as the diameter of the roller is 7/8 inch I believe it is only a suitable replacement on single track applications. My wardrobe uses two tracks and the roller needs to be a maximum of 0.55" diameter in order to be able to hook onto the front track.

I hope you can see my point. Would it be possible for you to produce an alternative using a smaller diameter roller ?

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell a version of the 23-093 with a smaller roller. To be quite honest, I'm not sure that such an option is made. 7/8" appears to be the standard size for this style.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
