Thanks for writing in, Lee. I'm afraid we can't replace the wood trim, as it's not something we carry. Sorry for the inconvenience. For the operator, take a look at our 39-175 and 39-176. Look over both operators and see if one of these is what you need. For a new crank handle, see our 39-109B.
