Searching for 1RH 18-0821

A quick learner says:
I am looking for a new window crank. Inside my existing crank the model number read 1RH 18-0821.
What would you recommend as a replacement?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We may be able to replace this, but it really comes down to your specific dimensions. I was able to narrow it down to four operators, which I've listed on this page for you. I recommend carefully going over the dimensions for each one to confirm the best match to yours.

A quick learner from New Orleans, LA says:
Measurements on rank #39194 are the same in all categories except the arm. The arm in that model shows a 2 3/8 inches arm. The arm in my crank measures 2 5/8 inches center to center.

Do you think this is close enough to fit?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Yeah, I think it'll be fine. There is usually some play on these link arms so you can get away with some difference. I don't think 2-5/8" to 2-3/8" will be a big difference.
