Searching for 20 5 fBST

A quick learner says:
We installed American Craftsman single-hung windows in our home in 2006. One of the balances failed.
The window frame weighs 20 pounds, the part ID on the balance is 20 5 fBS1
The windows were purchased in Marathon, Florida, which has higher storm ratings due to Hurricanes.
I have attached three photos of the device.
Thank you

See our S351-21 or S390-21 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement as shown below, so compare both with your old balances to see what matches best. For a new stamp option, note that your old stamp conforms to our stamp option of 2050, which means the balance can support a sash in the weight range of 23 through 27 pounds. This does not match your reported sash weight of 20 pounds. In general, we always strongly advise going with the original stamp unless there's a very strong reason not to. Did you ever have trouble closing these windows or keeping them closed, prior to the balances failing? If so, then 2050 is too strong and 2040 might indeed be better--this supports a sash in the weight range of 15 through 23 pounds. Let me know if you have further questions.
