Searching for 20" balance for thermal industries windows

hello, I have thermal industries windows and am in need of tilt 20" balances for my windows, what would you recommend? Thank you Scott

There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement balances you're searching for but I'll need to see a photo of your balances removed from the window to determine the correct replacement. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to determine the balances need for your window based on the brand alone.
