Searching for 21088

Question

I would like to know the cost of replacement locks. I thought the part # was 21088. Pictures are attached.
Really, I just need the small plastic piece that allows the stay in the up position or in the down position. The lock works great, but when I open it the handle does not stay up because it the small plastic piece is broken.
