Searching for 2167

Question

My sliding glass door handle broke off so I need to order me a replacement. The home builder installed it so it is about 20 years old. But the part number says 2167. I will send a picture

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-030 handle set. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. If yours differs, please let me know!
