See our selection of surface levers here. The style of the lever itself isn't that important, so long as they can fit that groove in your sash. What matters most is the length of those prongs beneath them, as well as the distance between the prongs. Those dimensions must match exactly for one of these levers to work as a replacement. To be honest, there's a chance here you'll need to convert to surface mount tilt latches like the 26-228 and 26-229, or the 26-193 and 26-194 (the latter set is probably better in your case, since I think you'll need 'skinnier' latches to fit that sash).
