Sure, we can help with this but I'm afraid it's not possible to identify what you have from these photos alone. I would need to see the balances removed from the window. What I specifically would like to see are close up photos of the top and bottom fittings as shown in the video below.

Thanks for getting back to me! Depending on the depth of the bottom fitting, you have either the Series 380 or Series 385. Measure as shown below to see which one you'll need for this repair.

I also recommend the 2240 option for the 22-4 balance and the 2630 option for the 26-3 balance.
