Hello, Ron. We don't have a weep hole cover that matches the shape of your old hole. I think you should consider something like our 26-186. These are nice because they don't need to fit into a precisely sized hole. Instead, you drill on either side of the old hole and plug the 26-186 in over top of it. Could this solution work for you?
