Thanks for writing in. Looks like you need a pair of 22" Series 770 balances, stamped 22G, and with the 15-044 attached. This doesn't match any of our stock items, but we can provide it to you via custom order. I just shot you an email to order (2) of these balances. If you need the pivot shoe as well, the 15-216, it is sold separately. Let me know if you have further questions.
