I am searching for 23-5 BSI TH non tilt window balance with wings on both ends. Can you pls suggest part number and/or provide link to purchase?  Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out! These will need to be custom/special order balances, given that you have a wheel in the shoe; they are Extended-Travel Balances. Although, to identify exactly which balances you need, I'll need to see a photo of the bottom shoe with the clip or hook attached to it.

Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. So it is important to confirm the type of shoe and which clip/hook your balances have. They are important for the installation of the balance.

Please also be aware, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to get the link sent over so that you can purchase your balances.
