I'm looking for replacement channel balance for my window as the rope broke on them. They're labelled 23-5 JI5 CMC 31, they're 1/2" wide rail at 24" long not including top and bottom ends. I've included pictures, if you need more details on the top and bottom ends just let me know.

I think this is S385-24. You just need to check the bottom attachment. If you have the attachment below, go ahead and choose Series 385. S385-24 offers a "2350" stamp option similar to your "23 5."
