With wings on top and bottom, this must be Series 385 or Series 380. Measure the bottom attachment as shown below. The 1" shoe means you have Series 380, whereas the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. The 2320 stamp on your balance may mean you need the S385-24 or S380-24 with a 2320 option.

The way you'd check is to measure your metal bar and verify that it's 24" long. Then, you'd remove and weigh your sash. For the two balances I listed, a 2320 option would hold between 9 and 15 pounds. If your window is in that range, you can use that option.

You need to measure the shoe as shown in the photo I posted above. The two shoes look exactly the same, except for the size.

The option is probably 2320, but it's possible that the old option is wrong. If you want to be certain, remove the window sash and weigh it. As for the part number, as I said above, you'd want to look at the S380-24 if you have a 24" metal bar with 19-005 and 15-005 on the ends. For that balance, the 2320 option holds between 9 and 15 pounds. If your sash is in that range, you can use that option.
