I have been in contact with Jeld-Wen for replacement weather stripping and weep hole covers.
I was told to use the following item numbers to order from Swisco, but when using the item numbers I receive "no results for "24131"
I'm needing pricing info for: Desert Sand
weep hole cover - 20490
weather stripping - 24131

We may be able to help but we would need to see detailed photos of the parts that you need, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
