A quick learner says:
house built in 1991.
1/2" wide, 25" long, 2440.J stamped on channel.

Thanks for writing in, Wayne. It's hard to tell since your balance's bottom attachment looks damaged, but this looks to me like either our S351-25 or S390-25. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. I recommend you obtain the other balance from this window and see if it's shoe is undamaged, then compare it with both of the balances I recommended to see what matches best. In either case you will need a stamp option of 2440.
