Thank you! It appears you have either our S351-26 or S390-26 channel balance, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 351 has a 1" deep shoe, and the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe so you'll need to measure as shown below to pick out the best match. The stamp on your balance uses an older rating system that doesn't match any of our options, however. With that said, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S351-26 and S390-26 store pages to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
