Hello there. I am certain we can help replace these channel balances, but that stamp code only tells us its spring strength. Can you send me photos of the nylon fittings on both ends of the channel? That will help narrow down what you need. Thanks.

See our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. The image below depicts the difference. Use 2640 as a stamp option.
