Searching for 26-4 GF5 CMC 34

Hi, I'm looking for a window channel balance. The one I have has this on the side: 26-4 GH5 CMC 34. On your site I only found one that ends with CMC 54. Is that one going to work or do I need to find the exact match?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Those numbers at the end of the stamp don't actually matter all that much. The only code you have to worry about are the first three digits: in your case, 26-4. This matches our 2640 stamp option for most 1/2" wide channel balances.

It should also be noted that this code isn't a product number and shouldn't be used as the sole means of identification. The only thing it tells you is how the spring is calibrated. It doesn't have anything to do with the Series. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly how channel balances are identified.
