Is the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on either end, 27" long? If so, see our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the image below for reference. Once you figure out which balance you need, you have to choose a stamp option, which reflects the strength of the balance. Your old stamp is from a rating system no longer in use. To know what stamp to choose for the new balances, weigh the window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the balance shop page.
