Unfortunately, from the photos, I can't tell which balance Series this is. It's one of these ones here. See if you recognize yours. The top attachment and the depth of the bottom shoe are going to determine the identity of the balance.

Note: Balance lengths are measured by the metal alone. I suspect your metal channel would only be 28" if measured by itself.
