Searching for 2730 Channel Balance

Good morning
I want to buy a window channel balance to replace a broken one, but can't figure out which one.
I have uploaded several pictures
The metal channel measures .5" x .62" x 28", without plastic parts, and is stamped 2730 GM on one end

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I think we can help you replace this balance, but I'm afraid I am uncertain about the identity of the broken nylon attachment. Would it be possible to see another balance where this nylon cap is undamaged? That way we can recommend a replacement balance with more certainty. Thanks.
