Searching for 28i jk5 cmc 5

A quick learner says:

Looking for two of these. Window is just over 38 lbs.

the number on the side are 28I JK5 CMC 5

Windows are only three years old but a window company came and took both channel balances from the pair and now are unresponsive. Also wanted over $300 to do the repair.

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our Series 770 Channel Balances. See if this configuration matches your current hardware. Now, 28I isn't a standard stamp option; but we can custom make the S770-28 with this stamp code, which for a window sash in the weight range of 43 through 45 lbs. Let me know if this indeed what you'll need, and we'll get this started for you.
