Windows are only three years old but a window company came and took both channel balances from the pair and now are unresponsive. Also wanted over $300 to do the repair.

Now, 28I isn't a standard stamp option; but we can custom make the S770-28 with this stamp code, which for a window sash in the weight range of 43 through 45 lbs.
