Hi, The block and tackle is broken in this sash balance and I would like to replace both it and its mate as suggested on your site. The metal channel is 30" long by 1/2" wide inside by 5/8 deep over all. The only stamp I see is 29 5 AW CMC 2. I'm not sure of the window brand, there is NAMI on a sticker. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.

Thanks for writing in. I believe you have either an S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below for reference. In either case for a new stamp option choose 2950.
