Searching for 29-6 ix cmc 11

Question

I would like to get the proper channel balance replacement parts for both sides of non-tilting window. Item to be replaced is marked 29-6 IX CMC 11. Included are photos of marking, bottom and top portion with side and top view. The window weighs 33 pounds

Thanks for posting. Is the metal channel, not including the fittings at either end, 30" long? If so I believe you have our S395-30. For a stamp option, choose 2960, which will support a window sash in the weight range of 32 through 35 pounds. Let me know if you have further questions.
