The note say there is a request for more pictures. Are you looking for me to disassemble the window to take a picture. Instructions for that would be helpful.
I sent an initial photo even though you say I haven't. The windows are 62" high by 52 " wide they are Alcan 2930 AB.
Let me know please thank you. John

Thanks for posting. I'm not aware of any other note being sent your way, but yes, we do need to see the balance out of the window to help you. Specifically, we need you to confirm the length of the metal channel, not including any nylon fittings or attachments at either end, and we need pictures of the nylon fittings or attachments at both ends as well. From there, we'll be able to narrow down what you need. If these are non-tilt windows, then see the video below for a tutorial on how to remove and replace these balances.

Bob, please read my e-mail in detail and the picture in the note you returned to me.
First how do I disassemble my window to take the pictures and put it back together so I keep critters out?
Thank you. John
Here is the first note and picture. Isn't there a standard for the window size and brand??

Thanks for getting back to me, John. See our S380-30. Look over all the dimensions and specifications, including the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, and see if this matches what you need. I believe your Top Sash Guide might be our 18-161, but compare the dimensions to see if it matches what you need. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Bob, I'm all set. Yesterday I took the unit apart and then found what I was looking for and ordered the parts. All set.
Thx!
