We would need to start by seeing detailed photos of an intact balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Make sure to include both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the balance shown in your photos is missing the bottom fitting, which we'd need to see to narrow down your options. If you could show us an intact balance removed from the other side or an identical window in the house, we can go from there. 

Your 2990 stamp is also from an outdated weight system use for these types of balances. We should be able to supply a suitable replacement but we will need to confirm the exact weight of the sash that the balances support to determine the correct strength options.
