Hello! It looks like you need a new hinge. I recommend our 36-004-10. This should be about the same size as your original, though you should compare our dimensions just to be sure. It also comes in stainless steel so you won't have to worry about this kind of corrosion. Finally, though the style might be a little different, it will still work the same way as long as you use the 36-004-10 pair to replace both the top and bottom hinge on your window.
