This hardware is on a Pella window installed in 1989.
I need hardware for a right window.
The crank has come out . With manipulation you can get the window to open. I cannot get it to close.
On the hardware is "Entry Gard" .
What Hardware do I need?

Hello, Randy. You will need all new operators, since the worm gear has become stripped. That can't be repaired or replaced, unfortunately.
Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. These are Truth Entrygard parts and their design is very close to yours. Just make sure that all our dimensions line up.
You may also want to double check who made your windows. Pella never used Truth parts, to my knowledge.
