I recommend you start by taking a look at the release levers we've related for you on this page. They appear to be similar in design but the best match will ultimately depend on the length of the prongs at the bottom, as well as the distance between them. It looks like yours have broken off so it may be a good idea to compare our specifications with an undamaged version.
