My locking mechanism is broken and my security bar is missing.
Also it was built in 2018, is this still under warranty?

Hello,

Take a look at our 82-086 handle set which uses the 82-107 thumb latch. If you need the mortise lock as well, see our 82-218. 

As for the locking bar, see the 80-006. Thanks for posting!
