Hey Mike. I believe this might be an older version of the 32-345 hinge, or perhaps the 32-343. Look over both and see if you think either matches functionally what you need. These hinges do come as complete parts, but note that with the newer versions the mounting hole position can sometimes differ, and drilling new holes is unfortunately common. See what you think.
