Searching for 30905 31272

Question

I have a window with hardware that is stamped 30905 and 31712.  The only actual part that is broken is that tiny black plastic part in the channel at the edge but on my opposite (right hand) window.  Do I have to get all new hardware or can I just get that piece and replace it? I couldn't even find a match to the hardware's numbers.
