This is a split arm operator with a link arm, almost identical to the one you'd find on a 39-031. We've seen it before and to my knowledge truth does not make it anymore.

Our 39-172 might actually will work fine as a replacement but I cannot any guarantees. The offset in the link arm is more dramatic than it is on your original operator but I don't think that it should cause you any issues.

Please be aware, the length of our link arm is 1" longer than yours. There is a chance that you would need to adjust the bracket on the window to account for the difference in the length.
