Question

Looking for Truth Casement Roto operator made by Truth with the number 30972 under the arm and an x'd out 30553 or 30353, not sure on that one because of the x's. Homeowner claims windows manufactured by Atrium

It's hard to be sure based on these pictures. Ideally, I would like to see the entire operator, not just the arms. I would also like to know its dimensions. That said, start with our 39-171 and 39-172. These may match. If not, or if you still aren't sure, please show us a picture of the operator removed from the window entirely. Please also give us its dimensions.
