The slide mount that attaches to the window frame measures out at 10.5". Is that what you measure to determine the length needed?

Are you referring to the hinge? If so, based on your length of 10.5", I think you can get our 36-048 to work. YOu just have to make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time.
