A quick learner says:

Aloha,

Please let me know if this type of awning crank is still available, or a suitable replacement. The Milgard windows were installed in the early 90's with a stucco exterior and plaster interior, so we would like to avoid having to replace the entire windows.

The side "hinges" need to be replaced as well. These ( a total of of 31 windows of sizes 19"x16" ranging to 41"x11" ) are in a beach house so I would expect them to need replacing periodically. In replacing the side hinges the height of the window determines the length of the hinge?

Thank you for any help/insight you can give in solving this "old age" problem.

Aloha, Nat

Hello, Nat. This operator appears to be a good match for our 39-015. Check it out and let me know if you agree.

As for the hinges, I can't see them in your photos but our 36-004-10 is a possibility. These are stainless steel, too, so should hopefully hold up better in a salt air environment.
