Hello - I am trying to find a Keeper for my window latch/lock. I believe it is Truth #31387 (see 3rd picture).

Yeah, we don't recommend going by the Truth numbers stamped on the hardware. I don't know why they change them, as it can make things confusing.
Fortunately, you gave us pictures and they always help. Take a look at our 38-075 lock and 38-089 keeper. I believe these are the newer versions of your old hardware.
