We do, as a matter of fact. See our 62-108. If you're handy you can swap the hooks out, but be careful when you extend the cord. These are under a lot of tension and if you let it slip, it'll shoot back into the channel right out of your hands. Make sure to wear safety gloves and safety glasses. We recommend using a vise to hold the cord still while you tie the new hook on.
