Unfortunately, the number on your balance is not a part number but indicates the spring strength. To identify a replacement, we'll need to see the entire balance, including both end attachments, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

I have attached two photos of each end and the entire balance, 34 inches, including plastic tip to tip. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

When measuring channel balances, we only include the metal channel, so this should be either our S380-33 or S385-33 with a 3240 spring strength option. Take a look at the diagram below and measure your bottom attachment to determine which replacement you need. Thank you!

OK, I just want to make sure you understand that I need 2 of complete balance quizmo/balance. The metal part on mine measures 33" and one of the plastic tips measurements are like the S380.
