The wellborn hinge I removed from the door has the word BLUM on the front right mounting tab. On the back the numbers are right side 01.21 2 and on left 32.260. Photo attached. Hope you can help. Jim

Hello, Jim. We don't have an exact match for this hinge, but see our 32-343. This has a similar design and I think you can use it as a replacement, though you will need to drill new screw holes since it has a different style tab. See what you think.
