Take a look at another customer's thread here. I can't be sure without seeing the front of the lock where the hook protrudes but it looks like you might have the same 82-218 mortise lock or a version of it with a faceplate, such as our 82-226 or 82-227. 

These mortise locks are compatible with our 89-020, 89-021 and 89-021D. Take a look and see which of these options might work for you.
