Round face plate, square housing corners, 45 degree key way, 3-11/16 mounting holes separation

Tom,

Very close. One difference. The 3-3/16" measurement needs to be 3-1/8". The extra 1/16" won't allow the lock to fit inside the hole in the door.

Thanks for confirming that measurement. I'm afraid we have nothing else in our inventory like this with that particular dimension. Our 82-223 is 3-1/8" on the face, but the face is additionally square shaped so it won't fit in the same hole. The keyway is also oriented to 90 degrees, not 45 degrees, so neither your existing thumb lever nor key will work with it.

I'm sorry that we aren't able to offer you a closer match at this time.
