I'm looking for a left replacement lock for my window. If the style is different, I'd like to order a left and right lock. Please advise.

I'm afraid I can't tell exactly what lock this is without seeing it removed. You should take a look at either 38-095, 38-138 or 38-139 and see which of these would be the better match.

On 38-139, can you tell me if the mounting screws are 3 3/4" apart?

The screw hole centers are 4" apart.
