Searching for 346dl for back of drawer

Question

I need part 346DR for the right bottom back of drawer where the wheel fell off. The pictures are blurry but the number is definitely 346.  I included a photo of the left side which has the wheel.  Is this part still available?

I'm afraid we don't have any hardware for this old drawer. At least, we don't have anything exactly the same. You may be able to replace the wheel with something like our 32-039. This is 1" in diameter and 1/4" thick Could you use this as a replacement?
