Based on the stamp code provided and the shape of the nylon attachment, it looks like you need our S775-35, with either 35C option depending on the depth of your nylon shoe. Please make sure your dimensions and window sash weight match up with what is listed on the product page before making a purchase.

This looks like our 26-306. Take a look and see if the dimensions compare with your old part.
