I need one of these. Length of metal portion (not white ends) is 24". Number stamp reads 2365.

Hello,

This looks to be our S385-24, where the bottom shoe depth is 1-3/32". Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches up. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2365 for a heavy sash weighing between 30-34 lbs.
