Searching for 3847

Hello,

I have an Anderson window that needs new balances. These balances use strings on each side of the window. I have attached pics of the anderson logo and model number--38470. I cannot seem to locate this part. The window is a double hung window, each with the dimensions of 32.5" wide by 16" high. Can you please help me locate these parts?

Hey there, thanks for posting! I am confident that we have the replacement balances you'll need however, I'll need to see a photo of your existing balances to recommend the right replacement.

I'll also need to know any stamps on the balance.

I am unable to identify them using the model number from the window and the brand, unfortunately.
